1. Copyright
- In accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act, the copyright of all images remains with the
photographer.
- The client is granted personal usage rights unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Personal Accident
- Any directions given to clients, their guests, or employees during a photographic session are undertaken
at their own risk.
- The photographer shall not be held responsible for any personal injuries or accidents that occur during
the session.
3. Payments
- A booking fee of 70% of the package price is required to confirm a booking.
- Payment of this fee constitutes full acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined on the
photographer’s website.
- The remaining balance (30%) must be paid in full at the conclusion of the shoot.
4. Delivery
- Final edited images will be delivered within 15 days from the date of the shoot.
- Urgent Delivery: Your images will be delivered within 7 days, but an additional fee of ৳
2500 will be charged for urgent processing.
- Photo Backup Time: Your photos will be deleted from us exactly 30 days after the delivery date,
so please save them very carefully.
5. Display Rights
- The client(s) grant the photographer permission to use any photographs taken under this contract for
promotional purposes.
- Usage includes, but is not limited to, advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, and sample
albums.
6. Force Majeure
- In the event that the photographer is unable to attend due to circumstances beyond their reasonable
control (e.g., sudden illness, injury, victim of crime, natural disasters), they will make reasonable
efforts to arrange a replacement photographer.
- If a replacement is not available or in the unlikely event of total photographic failure, the
photographer’s liability will be limited to a full refund of any fees paid.
7. Cancellation Policy
- If the client cancels the booking without a valid and serious reason, a cancellation fee of 15%
of the package price will apply.
